Okay so I'm in limbo. Like I haven't quite decided if I'm on OWL or what. My eating habits are a bit sloppy. I'm still basically on induction while having macadamia nuts every other day or so (and even then it's 1oz of them). My weight FINALLY started moving again but it's gone down 1lb and promptly stayed there for abour 4 days now. Meanwhile my boyfriend loses another pound everyday it seems. The only change I made was drinking more water. I started eating about 2T of flax a day a couple of weeks ago to keep things moving. He doesn't eat the flax, but doesn't have my "problems" either. I know my weight loss is probably normal but I'm just impatient and want it all gone. I'm so sick of being this weight.
I'm not sure if there's any advice to be gleaned from this or if I'm just venting. Either way, thanks for listening.
(P.S. I did do my measurements and accompanying my 11lb scale loss over the past month, I've lost 2" on my waist, 1.5" on my bust and hips, 1" on my thighs, yet I've still not gone down to 16 pants, my 18's are just kinda loose)
