OK. I'm seriously getting discouraged here.
I've been stuck at a 34" waist for > 2 weeks now. Probably 3 weeks. I'm trying to get down to a 32" waist and I probably need to loose 10-15 more pounds.
I'm pretty sure I don't have any hidden carbs and I'm on extended induction.
A few thoughts:
1. I'm not jogging... Atkins requires exercise but on my vacation I didn't have access to a proper gym. I was loosing fine for WEEKs but maybe this has caught up to me. I plan on jogging again as soon as I get back to the US...
2. I moved on from extended induction to an "extended ongoing weight loss" where I allowed myself foods from rungs 1-3... This didn't seem to stall me for a long time and I lost 2-3 inches while in this phase.
3. I'm drinking coffee with caffeine. Again this didn't seem to stall me and I lost inches but maybe its caught up to me.
What are the odds that this is just a temporary pause while my body catches up? Certainly adding jogging again will really help and stopping the coffee is probably a good idea.
Any other thoughts? Could eating foods from rungs 1-3 have kicked me out of induction? Should I try to go into induction again when I get back to the US.
