Hello.. I have been reading the post here for 2 months now but its the first time I am posting. I have been on induction for 5 weeks now... In the first 2 weeks I lost 11lbs.. but since then I have lost abt 3 lbs, which I think is pretty slow.. I haven't changed my diet much but do have atkins legal cheese cake or s.f jelly or diet coke once in 5 days. I am quite lazy
and not very active.. I do try and walk a lil bit though..... I love to cook so i can try just about anything (fooodwise).
I would love to make whooshie pie but all the horseradish/mustard stuff here(U.K) has carbs..... Should I just put like dry mustard powder?
I need some tips to kick start my wt loss again as I have to meet my parents after 2 yrs in 30 days time and I would ideally like to lose 5-6 kgs by then....
Tips plz.. Help plz!!!
