  • Three Weeks In...

Hi, everyone! I'm a longtime lurker, but I officially started for the second time about three weeks ago, and so far I've lost 11 lbs. Woohoo!

As pleased as I am with my current loss, I'd like to tone up as well. (In August, I will be catching up with a former flame after a year of being apart, and I want to knock his socks off.) Currently, I work out five days a week, doing 50 min. of cardio each day, and maybe an hour of pilates three times a week. I'm going to start some strength training this week, and was wondering if I should bump up to OWL, or continue doing extended Induction?

Thanks for all your help and inspiration. I love this board!

Well done for losing ur 11lbs!!

If you feel that you are bored with what you can eat in Induction then move up on the rungs in OWL. If you feel that you can keep going on Induction then keep going!Check out the link to this lady's website, it has quite a few induction safe receipe's that will keep you busy!

My advice is ALWAYS to move to Rung 1 of OWL. "extended" induction is an option, but just moving to rung 1 offers SO many more options and starts to teach you counting carbs instead of fearing them. Go for it!

        And congrats on your progress!
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????
