it's got me very weirded out...
I re-started my diet at hime in Costa Rica, after a serious health scare. I was very surprised to see myself sticking with it nooooooooooo cheats, not even nibbles, nothing! I've never been discilpined about anything, so I was amazed at my dedication.
but I just got back to the states, and the cravings have been insane. i think about it all day, i picture naughty food, sand I even keep sneaking nibbles of no-nos.
I think it's a combination of things... right after my surgery, I was living here and made the decision to pig out on whatever I wanted... so i think being here reminds me of that bingeing time...
also, there's a lot more junk food available here, and it's cheaper than the healthy food! It's the other way around at home.... I think having all those sinful things constantly in my face is rfeally getting to me..
also, I have the extra stress of moving back, I was having a great time at home and didnt really wanna come back...
I dont really have a plan for handling it... I', planning on getting some L-glutamine, that everyone says is great for a sweet tooth. I also think that keeping a cheat-free-day count could encourage me... being accountable to you guys could help too...
so, again, this is just me rambling, i just thought this stuff might give people some ideas
