  • Cream Cheese...

well i have been eating 2-3 ounces of cream cheese on a daily basis for the past 3 weeks and i have been loosing VERY slow as well as had bowel problems.
I never once thought it was the cheese, well i stopped eating the cheese for 3 days and the bathroom troubles was still there but about 75% less frequent.
so continuing my trial and error here.... i ate 3 ounces of cheese tonite, and low and behold my stomach starts gurrrrgling......

so i guess this proves i am not a cheese person!
i will be cutting this out of my diet completly, and hopefully the tummy problems will go away, as well as the scales start movin again....

just thought id share, incase anyone else was having this prob and eating cheese.

    Re: Cream Cheese...

Certain people have trouble with certain kinds of foods, we are actually allergic to those foods. Just because you are having trouble with cream cheese does not mean you will not be able to tollerate other allowed cheeses! It is kinda of a trial and error thing!

      Re: Cream Cheese...

I can't really tolerate cream cheese either. After I eat it I feel all puffy and icky and my weight loss REALLY slows/stops... Surprisingly I don't stay away, I crave it. Same thing happens with nuts (which are for later phases in OWL), I crave them like mad and can't seem to control myself around them but I always feel sick even after just a few.

Thanks for posting. I think I'll see if cream cheese will help me... I'm having to take fiber.
