I have been on Atkins since May 30th. This is my 2nd go around with Induction. Last year I did Atkins and lost 24 lbs then became over confident and gained it all back. My start weight this time was 190, my current weight yo-yo's between 170 and 175. I probably weigh myself far too often. I was so excited to get to 170. I am becoming depressed that I've stayed closer to the 175 mark. I am drinking about 100 oz of water per day. I am staying really strict to the induction mark. I eat a great deal of brocolli, spinach, and zuchinni. I am exercising on treadmill and/or eliptical trainer a minimum of 20 minutes per day. In addition I work out with Billy Blank work out tape 30 additional minutes per week. So why can't I get below 170
