Did you check the label for the nutrition info? Processed meats usually have added sugar and nitrates. If they are all meat and no carbs you should be okay occasionally but I wouldn't have it very often. That stuff always has a lot of sodum in it too.

This is general info, it varies form manufacturer to manufacturer. Ultimately i'd say no for induction.
Ingredient List: Mechanically separated chicken, pork, water, salt, corn syrup, hydrolyzed soy and potato protein, dextrose, hydrolyzed casein and whey protein, flavoring, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate. Nutrition Facts: Serving size 1 can - Total fat 30g, Cholest. 90mg, Sodium 840mg, Calories 320.
