So my 14 days were up on Monday of this week. I had 2-3 cheat days (not anything too bad, I'm actually quite proud of myself.. I coulda been SOOO much worse).
I've decided to do extended induction til August 1 or til I start getting bored. I totally think I can hold out til August 1, though, because I don't feel bored or deprived yet.
So far, Ive lost 18 lbs. The weight loss seems to have slowed this week, but thanks to forums like these, I've learned this is normal so I don't feel too discouraged.
So!
I started at 192, now I'm at 174, and I wanna be at 120. I can totally do this!
My thing is this.. the SCALE shows that I've lost 18 lbs, but my clothes just now, TODAY, started feeling a little looser. What's up with that?!? I'm sure I don't exercise enough. I walk 2-3 miles a couple of times a week, but that's it. My problem with exercise is that with the exception of a few days this week, it's been TOO HOT to go outside and exercise (the last three days here have been awesome, though -- highs in the low 80s), I live in an upstairs apartment and don't want to be jumping up and down on the head of the little old lady who lives downstairs from me, and I cannot afford a gym membership at the moment.
Anyone have any suggestions for exercise that will keep me from going broke/annoying my neighbors/dying of heatstroke?
