Hi, just wanted to say hi to this group. I normally just stay in the journals, but I figured that I am on the extented version on induction I would check out what is going on in here and get to know a few more people. I recently, a little over a week ago, had gall bladder surgery so I am restarting atkins today. So that is kind of a sucky thing to have to start all over. But, being that I know the drill and have no appetite from the surgery it isn't that hard. Look forward to getting to know some new people .
