  • First Week of Extended Induction

Well, I have been on Induction for a total of 3 weeks. My total weight loss is 15 lbs as of this a.m. I realize that It will start slowing down, but I feel such a sense of accomplishment. I am so proud of myself! I know that I can commit to this WOE. I am going to remain on Induction for at leas the rest of July, and maybe all of August also before I start going up the rungs of OWL. I really am getting a lot of motivation from this website, and a lot of encouragement as well. I am soooo happy I found this place!

I love this place. It is a place to find encouragement! And even comfort in a time of need! Great Job on the 15lbs lost!!! I too am planning on staying on the extended form induction atleast through august mabye further than that. I have over a 100lbs to lose. So, I want to try to tackle as many of them as I can as fast as I can so discouragement doesn't sink in! You will reach your goal before you know it! Hang in there, don't ever give up...feel free to PM me if you ever feel like it!

Things are still going great! I really need to keep off the scale though, but I am just too impressed with my weight loss! My current totals are 15.5 lbs gone - That is over three 5 pound bags of sugar I am no longer carrying around with me. My knees already feel better and I have so much more energy! I am still not craving, and I am still really motivated. I can't wait for my Slim in 6 exercise videos to get here!
