Hey you guys! I haven't written on here in quite some time...but I figured I would update you. Yesturday marked my 1 month on Atkins. And, yesturday, I got on the scale...and I had lost 2 more pounds...I'm in the 250's...YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't say how excited I am. It beats seeing 280. I now weigh 259.0, which is a 21 pounds weight loss in one month!!! WHOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!! And, everybody is starting to say "have you been loosing weight"? and, that's about my favorite phrase for one to say right now. lol...My pants are like extremely baggy...so, I tried to go shopping for a possible smaller size but I am in between sizes. Plus, I really don't want to buy any clothes, because hopefully I will be loosing more!!! My goal is 100 pounds, but a smaller goal of mine is 50 pounds by my birthday, October 6. *crossing fingers*
Now, I have a question. 21 pounds definetely excites me...I haven't cheated AT ALL! Man, I never thought I could actually stick to a diet. ok, I want to know is 21 pounds in one month average for the first month of atkins? Is any of ya'll loosing it faster or slower during the FIRST month? I want to know if I'm on "track" or if it is a little slower or faster than normal. Please???? answer me back????????
