    Measurements for 06/23/06

    Arms: 18
    Legs: 23
    Ankles: 13.5
    Chest: 45
    Waist: 46.5
    Thighs: 31
    Stomach: 43
    Hips: 53.5



    Measurements for 07/15/06

    Arms: 16
    Legs: 22
    Ankles: 13
    Chest: 43
    Waist: 44.5
    Thighs: 29.5
    Stomach: 41
    Hips: 50


    Are these results good?







    Starting Weight: 307-310
    Current Weight: 220
    Short Term Goal Weight: 225 by May 1st (met)
    Long Term Goal: 215 pounds by June 12th (almost there!)

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        I'm a really pessimistic person at times..so with results like that is it safe to assume that i'm doing things right and continue to do it? I still want to lose at least 20-30 pounds by September...is that plausable?

          Every person is different, so it's hard to predict. With the success you've had so far, if you keep at it, you'll definitely lose more. Be happy with whatever comes, because it's always less than what you would be if you were doing nothing about it.
