Leg Cramps and Potassium FYI <<< CHECK THIS OUT!

I don't know why I remembered this today but a couple of years ago I asked my doctor for a perscription for Potassium for the leg cramps and he told me the best thing to do if I wanted extra Potassium was to buy "NOSALT" and sprinkle it on my food - it's mostly all potassium!

    Yep, that's a good one.

Also, eat avacados!!! They have a lot of potassium in them.

Here is a link of foods with high potassium. On here you'll notice that avacado has 510 mg of potassium and a banana only has 338.

Some induction friendly foods have high mgs as well:
      Beet greens 1/2 cup 417
Chard (large leaves) 1/2 cup 563
      Spinach (fresh) 1/2 cup 440
Evidence-based peptide therapy guides for healing, body composition, sleep, sexual health, and recovery. Physician-supervised in South Florida.
