    hit the 140's

    Yay!! I hit the 140's this week!! 149.8 to be exact, but I'll take it!! Of course I fell off 2 days ago but I'm back on today!! 130's (& goal) here I come!

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Actually, I guess it didn't, but it seems like it did. I fell off the wagon for like 2 months @ April. It was harder than I thought to get back on. I've said this before but it's the energy boost that I really love about this diet. It makes you feel like a kid again to be bursting out of bed in the morning. I wish I could stick to it long term, but I seem to falter every so often.
