Hey grats on never giving up. You really show ppl that when you keep going and not giving in to anything shows results.

Being happy even if its an ounce or 3 pounds or even inches can make a life time of dreams seem possible.

Instead of saying give your self a ie... I'm gonna say "Give yourself a egg" lol :P I should cencor that cook word out! :P (I did)

      Just another update!

      I'm down to 155 lbs!

And I went to Macy's and fit into size 10/11 jeans!! My sister who has always been thinner then me, was crazy jealous and had to try the jeans on also--she said they were tight on her! She's thinking of starting atkins now too---maybe I can get her into a friendly competition.

Good to see you are still shrinking!

How far up the OWL ladder are you now?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          Re: 8 weeks in...

I've been on rung 5 (I think...it's the rung with the berries/fruit) for a while now. I'm pretty comfortable there for now..and I'm losing more gradually so I like that. It's about 6 pounds a month I'm averaging now. I like that, as much as we all want this weight gone yesterday, I know that losing it a slower pace will be better for the long run.

Just 5 days until I'm in New York City!! I hope I don't blow the diet when I'm there...the internet is great for researching restaurants that I can eat at!
