    The 20th was my one month

    I have lost 23 pounds in total. I had the pause and it had me worried, but surely enough it passed and I lost more weight.







    Starting Weight: 307-310
    Current Weight: 220
    Short Term Goal Weight: 225 by May 1st (met)
    Long Term Goal: 215 pounds by June 12th (almost there!)

    That's GREAT results for only a month! Congratulations! What is "the pause?"

      A week/week and a half I had with no weight loss.







      Starting Weight: 307-310
      Current Weight: 220

          Congrats on your weight loss. Never get down about those plateaus. As long as you are doing what you're supposed to, they will be short lived. Keep up the good work!!!! Yay!!!!!
