Hey all!! Today is my first day of extended induction..doing great so far. Last night I had a dream that I ate a package of hostess cupcakes not only did I eat the package of cupcakes but I also licked the frosting off of another two cupcakes. I don't even like hostess cupcakes!!! I woke up this morning with a feeling of panic that I had knocked myself out of ketosis. Then I realized it was just a dream. Any of you have these dreams?

Yeah, those dreams were quite common with me the first couple months except it was pizza not cupcakes. I think the brain can get fixiated on what stuff we are dealing consciously during the day, and it can take that in a whole bunch of different ways. XD! This has happened to me twice already. The first time I forgot what the meal was, but the 2nd time which was about a week ago I had a dream that I just tore into a bag of candy..and then I realized all the sugar I was eating and began to panic, I felt so guilty. Then I woke up and sighed with relief.Comment

Those types dreams are common when giving anything up. I was the same when I gave up smoking. I also had them at the very beginning of my Atkins life.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
