1st week weigh in!

ok so weighed myself a day early ... 4 1/2 pounda lighter !!!! yay

and I honestly feel like I could have done beter ... so today I'm gonna go grocery shopping and stock up on everything I need to do it right next week

ok now I'm off to go for a bikeride!
