Hey yall. Hope everyone is doing good in their weight loss journey. I am about 2 months in, 64 days actually. I've lost 64 pounds. I have stayed on the induction levels. Everything is beautiful, I mean, it's been goin great. Me and my ex gf broke up and this is the thing that has definitly kept me going. It has been sooo nice to have this kind of pride in myself. People are starting to see it and ask me if I am losing weight. I feel smaller and everything is going awesome! But, I have a few dilemmas. I wouldnt say Im getting bored with the food, because honestly, Im not, but I need some suggestions. I have eaten pretty much the same thing all the time. Now I want to really mix it up. I need some new suggestions for breakfast, I have only eaten eggs and bacon for the most part for breakfast. I just need some directions on some recipes, if someone could give me a shopping list and point me to some recipes. I mean I know the bare essentials, but Im lookin to spice this up for the home stretch you know. Im 64 pounds down, and I have 54 pounds left to go. Im hoping to get there by the end of the year, but at the pace Im going I will be there in no time. Oct maybe....anyways, anything would be appreciated. I really want to get healthy and happier, and it would be sooo awesome for my ex girlfriend to be sooooo jealous of what she left. I think she left me when I was still in the 300s. HAHA! Anyways, let me get off of the subject of her! Thanks for any help that you guys can grant me.

Wow! a pound a day!, that's awsome!
I have got a lot of recipes in this same forum, they have threads about recipes, and lots of them are great.
Also, if you search in the web for low carb recipes, you'll find a bunch more, also separated by categories.
I think it's better if you go around checking the recipes, since everyone taste is different.
I bought some low carb recipe books, when they arrive, maybe I can also share some with you

hmmm.....500 Low Carb recipes, 500 more Low Carb Recipes, George Stella (Food TV - Low Carb and Lovin' It) and such....

What do you eat for lunch and dinner. Have you tried mixing things up and not eating the traditional "breakfast" food for breakfast. I personally like cold leftovers, so I will eat chicken for breakfast, leftover broiled salmon, burger patties, rolled up deli meats, etc...I eat and run anyway, so eggs for breakfast don't always work unless they are boiled and I can handle them without a fork and plate.
Keep up the good work...a pound a day is unbelievable!
