    Hey guys,

    Are the slices of jalepeno peppers u sometimes get at the cnema ok to eat, i checked on the label no sugar and 7 carbs per 100g i was just wondering it doesn't say in DANDR

    Guy.

    I eat them all the time, maybe 10-15 slices each time I do have them... Yummy! :P

    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:

    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

      Pile them on....watch the salt intake though. They're part of your "other veggies" during Induction. Wrap a few in some lettuce, mayo, some meat and you've got a great "sandwich".

        Have you checked the list of ingredients to make sure there are no 'illegal substances' added?
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          peppers are peppers according to DANDR hot spicey or sweet bells they are legal
