  • Flax pizza recipe - can't find it anywhere

    I read a recipe the other day, which included pepperoni on the bottom layer with a flax/egg (I think) combination poured over the top. Cheese and some other bits. When it was done, you turned it over and let it cool. I wanted to try it tonight but have searched everywhere and can't find the recipe again.

    Can someone give me the recipe or link? Please!

    I dont recall seeing that recipe anywhere, but I use my microwaved flax bread recipe to make pizza bases.
    Mix 2 eggs, one ounce of melted butter, 4 heaped Tablespoons of flax/linseed, one teaspoon baking powder and 4 tablespoons of cold water and pour into a round flat microwave dish and nuke for 3/4 minutes.
    Then turn out of the dish onto a baking/pizza tray so the baked top is on the bottom and add your pizza toppings and bake/grill till the toppings are all melted and crispy.

      Thanks for that! I'm gonna try it. Family is trying to tempt me with Pizza. MEAN MEAN Family!

      Funny thing is that my husband ate 5 (FIVE!) of my flax muffins I made today. I think the revenge on him is going to be quite hilarious!
