  • 10 Weeks in...72 pounds....

Ok, Ive been lowcarbing since May 31st 2006. And I have lost 72 pounds thus far, I started at 338, and Im now at 266. Everyone is noticing my weight loss, and it is just awesome.....Im not quite at goal, I have about 44 pounds left, I hope i make it quick. Im doing soooooooooo good. I can't see myself cheating. I just wanted to ask some of you seasoned veterans, if it is better to just eat when you are hungry, or eat 3 square meals a day. Im sure I do better if I eat 3 square meals a day, but sometimes I feel like thats not the case. Anyways, I was getting bored with the food, but i explored my options, and discovered a crazy way to make pancakes, and boy are they good!!!!! Everything is going pretty good for me, my ex girlfriend is kinda trying to get back with me now. I dont know about that one....Atkins is trully changing my life.....

      You are doing wonderfully!

Personally, I go with 3 or so moderate sized meals and small snacks between.

That is an incredible rate. Personally I graze all day and that helps keep my blood sugars level. Others do better with planned snacks or meals. Part of Atkins is figuring out what works for you that you can STICK to.
