OK - I'm obsessed with the numbers... I admit it! (better than being obsessed with the food

Anyway - I have a scale that measures fat percentage. It is usually so depressing that I ignore it. But I do measure my fat percentage every week, just so I can look back and see how BAD it was! Anyway - started playing with my numbers and LOOK....
Weight Before = 101,7.... Fat % 0.487... Fat= 49.5279.... Other=52.1721
Weight Now = .....98 .......Fat % 0.45 .....Fat =44.1......... Other=53.9
Diff in kg. = .........3.7 ...................LOST Fat=5.4279...... Other=<1.7279>
Pounds ...............8.14 ..................LOST Fat=11.94 .........Other=<3.8>
This means even though the scale says I've only lost 8 pounds that I've actually lost almost 12 pounds of fat! And I've gained 3.8 of, hopefully, muscle! (hope I calculated this right..)
YEAH BABY! Measurements DO rule... I knew that damn scale wasn't telling the whole story....
Just wanted to share for those of you who, like me, get depressed by the SSLLLOOWWWWLLLY decreasing numbers!
