I like to eat salads w/grilled chicken and/or bacon on it. I also love taco salad. I battle the "I hate eggs" thing too. But I love salad - so I guess its just coming up with whatever type of food you feel like eating. Doesn't necessarily have to be a so-called breakfast food.
