Hello Everyone,
This is my second time at this. I felt good and was really happy with how much I had lost the first time and that no other regime helps other than atkins. I think the reason I fell off the wagon was because I found it really difficult to continue without my family's support; who not only disapproved of atkins but were openly discouraging me from doing it even though its the only thing thats helped. I had no support system, basically.
This time Im committed to it and im going to do whatever the bloody **** I want. I know my body and can feel it humming with happiness when I'm on atkins, I've also managed to change my mother's point of view around and got her to encourage me with it and help me. Sometimes when I come home late from university I find that im just about to give up and Im so hungry I dont care what goes in my mouth, only to find my mother has been considerate enough to have made me a nice low carb meal (she saves my arse from cheating alot!! and Im glad I have her support this time around).
I'm here today because I need all the help and support I can get so I can achieve my goal weight. I do have a question however, the first time I did induction I lost alot of weight.. rapidly! This time it just doesnt seem so fast. The only difference between this time and last time is that this time im incorporating exercise with diet. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and sometimes 5 times depending on my class schedule. If you have any idea for the slow weight loss let me know. Thanks heaps.
venny.
