It sounds as if you are off to a flying start, maggiedee

And once you get exercising too I am sure you will have even more good results.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Congratulations on your 2-week induction results. Keep up the good work on the extended stage! Don't get discouraged....I didn't lose what I expected during the 2-weeks either but some is better than none at all....and 7lbs lighter is better than being 7lbs FATTER anyday!!!

That's fantastic Maggiedee. A month into this WOE and you could be 10 or more pounds lighter, fitter, etc. than you were a month ago! Keeping my eyes forward - instead of trying to drive by looking in the rear view mirror (my usual manner of dealing with my weight "this didn't work before" or "i never managed this before" etc.) is helping me keep going on extended induction too.

        Great job!

Thanks for all the encouragement, it realy helps, im getting used to not eating carbs now, but it is a challenge, especially going out for dinner, when everyone is eating fabulous deserts, but I think to myself, it will be eaten in 5 mins time, and how will I feel then..... Bad Very Bad,
