Any excercise is good excercise. You should just aim to do what ever you can do. Even if its walking around your block for 30 minutes. Its all good and adds up.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
I alternate the elliptical with my turbojam tapes (soooo much fun it's ridiculous ) I also take a turbokick class (turbojam in a gym) once a week. I've also been working in some strength training. The important thing is to find a type of exercise that is fun for you, (not a chore) and you will most certainly stick with it (the postivie results will be a motivator too ).

woo hoo jellybee201 remember your goal is to shed fat so don't use the scale to validate your hard work makwe friends with your tape measure and watch the inches of fat melting off your body as you work your atkins and morph your body mass.

on day 28 of what? Atkins has mandatory exercise bioth aerobic and resistnace from day one. Dr Atkins in chapter 15 of DANDR says if you aren't exercising you aren't doing his program.
