  • Not at home? Staying with a friend? Exercise no problem :D

So my bf is taking a bath he's not feeling well. lol :P I'm working up to something believe me.

So I'm setting here wishing he wasn't tired because I feel lazy just setting all day. So while he's in the shower... I'm thinking oh no my 15 minutes of walking for my challenge. /cry /pout

/light bulb flickers/ "That's really no excuse!" So all of a sudden I start doing some form of walking... hey it counts!

I take the bottom part of the stairs and one stair above... right foot up, left foot up, right foot down, left foot down... and continue... after 7 minutes ouch! I swear it's harder then that 15 minutes of walking... but it felt good!!! I only did 7 minutes but I could tell....

So now atleast I have no excuse not to do some sort of walking for this challenge. It's important to exercise! No matter what it is... I'm hoping to always find a way. lol

It is not only aerobic, but it is good for your legs, butt and back! It is a trifecta plus one!
