This is my third week of induction (STAC). Forgive my PMS ranting here, but I am cheat free, and gained four of the seven pounds I lost so far back SINCE MONDAY!!! ARRRGGGHHH! I know it's temporary, but geez, this is serious water weight gain. I know better, but perhaps it will make someone,somewhere know they are not alone on the water weight rollercoaster.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Oh I feel ya, girl. I feel like I have gained back about 10 pounds in the past 2 days, damn being a woman!Comment

My tom right now so I am waiting for that 3 - 5 pound wooshi after it is over. Sucking up the water in the mean time.Cheryl
