They certainly seem achieveable. 3 pounds per week starting out, and 2 pounds per week after that is generally in line with what others have seen. AS Kent says, your goals look achieveable, but in reality your body will decide if it will let you achieve them!
I always set other kinds of goals as I thought I might get discouraged if I did my best and didnt get a certain number of pounds lost by a certain date.
So my goals initially were more about things I could control like 'cheatfree induction eating for x days/weeks etc', or 'exercising for xx minutes x days a week'.
