    Do my weight loss goals below seem realistic?

    Mini goal #1: 275 by 10/24/06
    Mini goal #2: 250 by 01/26/07
    Mini goal #3: 225 by 04/27/07
    Mini goal #4: 200 by 07/26/07

    Goal weight: 190 by 10/28/07

    They certainly seem achieveable. 3 pounds per week starting out, and 2 pounds per week after that is generally in line with what others have seen. (Check out this video though about this topic though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rov8j_6SWtU) It deals with goals and expectations over them. Keep up the great work and congrats on losing 12 pounds!

      AS Kent says, your goals look achieveable, but in reality your body will decide if it will let you achieve them!

      I always set other kinds of goals as I thought I might get discouraged if I did my best and didnt get a certain number of pounds lost by a certain date.

      So my goals initially were more about things I could control like 'cheatfree induction eating for x days/weeks etc', or 'exercising for xx minutes x days a week'.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
