I fell off the wagon yesterday
, (3 doubles- those are like indian fried pita breads stuffed with curried chickpeas, peppses, mango condiments)- loaded with carbs.
my question- should I go to a very strict 24-48 hours without any carbs to get back into ketosis? what do you guys advise.. Thanks everyone.

Now I'm back at square one. So, my advice is just to make sure your small cheat doesn't turn into a BIG cheat. Just begin again as soon as possible!!
