i just ate a bunch of chicken wings from deli delite here in las vegas they are fried i ate them and a side salad with some celery sticks but i dont know if the chicken wings were breaded!? i tried calling them right now but they are closed already i guess ill call them tomorrow but HOW CAN I TELL IF THEY ARE BREADED OR NOT?

Usually hot wings at restaurants are not breaded. They are seasoned and deepfried the way they are. They are then coated with the sauce. The sauce is what you usually have to worry about. It could contain traces of sugar. You would have to ask the restaurant.
Some bagged varieties from the frozen section of your grocery store could be breaded. I saw a variety in the store (Tyson's maybe) that were frozen by the "glazed" method. LIsted under the "glaze" was flour...what for, I don't know, but it was listed.
Its always good to check first and eat second. I have had to learn to hard way too before. Good luck.
