  • Day 15 Yay!

I'm on day 15 today! I made it the first 2 weeks without trouble. My sweet cravings I think have been kicked! Veggies taste sooo sweet and good to me now. So I think I'm going to do extended for a week or two, unless I start getting bored earlier. If I get bored it will be onto OWL. And I found a walking buddy. We're going to start tomorrow. I lost 10 lbs and I still need to check to see if I lost any inches. Whoo Hoo, I'm just so excited to be getting back into shape and taking control of my eating!

                  Re: Day 15 Yay!

Thanks everyone! I'm still doing good. We went walking today for 20 min. I could have probably gone more, but my walking buddy couldn't yet. I'm going to try to do it everyday because I felt so much better afterwards. My mom is bringing me a pedometer when she comes to visit in 2 weeks so then I will know how far it is.
