I started yesterday with a terrible cold. I have a stuffy head, chills, etc. I don't feel like eating anything but I'm a bit worried about not getting in my veggies, etc. today so I'm looking for some advice.
Will it be okay to just take some broth today and not worry about my veggies (just for today) as I'm not hungry at all?
I've been doing so well, I think, I mean I've been at it for 6 weeks and I'm down 21 lbs but I'm not sure what's the norm so I think I'm doing well and I don't want to mess it up.
