  • too much weight loss?

    hi, im on my 19thd day of induction , and im sick , i cant eat anymore, i keep on throwing up when i eat something solid, i've tried eating cucumbers, pork rinds, meat ..etc, so i've given up eating cause im so nauseous, but the good thing is that i've lost 16lbs in 19days. anyone have any suggestions??
    oh by the way my ticker is wrong.... im 5"5 and i now weigh 132lbs from 148lbs.

    should i get off atkins for a couple of days till i can eat properly?

      How long have you been nauseous? Are you feeling well otherwise? There's a few things going around right now is why I'm asking. From experience, when I lose weight during an illness, as soon as I eat again, it comes right back. That really stinks! Hopefully someone else will pop in and give you some advice.

        Don't give up! Sounds to me like you've caught a bug. Hang in there... try to eat something easy on the stomach every six hours...even just a couple of bites. Keep fluids up.

          What would you want to eat if you could eat? Being now 7 pounds from goal, you definitely should be going through OWL and pre-Maintenance phase. Remember this is WOE not a crash diet. Perhaps in figuring out what you are hungering for, it might lead you to find out what rungs you should definitely hit.
