Yes I know it's NOT allowed. My husband decided to be a nice guy last night and cook dinner for me and the babies. He knows I am doing the "low carb thing" so he tried to get everything low carb. He made some broccoli (not over my limit) and chicken with cheese in the middle of it. It was really good. But here's the kicker...he put oven-fry on it
. I checked the box and it only has 10 carbs but it has flour in it and I'm sure it has other things that I am NOT supposed to have. I brushed it off the best I could (without him noticing, of course). It was only 1/2 a piece, also. So my questions are do you think that will mess me up horribley and is that considered cheating. I have been so proud of myself for the past 2 weeks because I have been so motivated and have not cheated at all. So this is a major disappointment. Here he thought he was doing something nice so I couldn't say anything to him. That would have hurt his feeling
But I'll make sure I give specific instructions next time!!!

Not even close. Hopefully my body can handle it. Unfortunately for me I didn't teach in depth. You can be sure I will prepare better next time...or I'll jsut cook my own meals so I can be sure. Thank you!
