    Anyone know if steakum's are allowed? I used to love them things and thought if they were allowed I'd get me some and see what kind of concontion I can come up with

    I think they are. Check the ingredients and as long as no type of sugar or starch is listed, then you're good to go.

      I eat them all the time. I just fry up add onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese. Yunny!!!

            I make them all the time. Fry up the steakums then top with a combo of fried onions, juliened red & green peppers & with cr. cheese topping melted into the onions and peppers. The toppin isn't the prettiest but sure is

              These things sound so wonderful! Ive looked and looked in our stores and cannot find them I bet they would be great stir fried with some broccoli and a little ginger

                Oh they are great and I haven't had them in sooooo long. i used to eat them with just cheese and mayo on a sandwich...yum!!! I haven't even looked for them in awhile but I figured if they were acceptable they'd be a nice change

                  Ugh! I've gone all this time without them and I could have had them!?!? Grrr.....I really need to start reading labels! lol.
