Hi, I have previously lost 22 lbs on Atkins a few years ago...I have tried many times to go back on the WOL but have not succeeded. I had a baby in October last year and am still holding onto about 40lbs of fat ( I was 20lbs) overweight when I got preg). I am so uncomfortable with how I look and feel...I cannot find clothes to wear that I feel good or even comfy in and Im sick of it all! I'm the biggest I have ever been!
Yesterday I decided to try Atkins again, but SERIOUSLY! I started reading the posts and it got me motivated to start. Day 1 was yesterday and I ate perfectly! No cheats and no food at night however I did eat some Tzaiki with my chicken and beef and now Im worried that I have screwed up my very first day! Someone pls tell me that it wouldnt have affected my efforts!!!
Today is day 2 and all I can think about is making sure I dont stray..support would help! Thanks everyone.
