Hi all
I'm finally past half-way, ok its only one pound past, but I've now lost more than I've got left and it feels great!!
I upped my exercise to 5 times a week and joined the 6 week fitness challenge, which I've found has kept me really motivated (thanks sky). I've also started putting my daily allowance of water next to my desk in a big bottle, and I make sure I drink it all before home time!!
My skin is also soo smooth!! I dont really need foundation on my face anymore its that nice - not a blemish in sight (apart from the burn on my temple from the hair straighteners!! hehe!!) I cant remember the last time I never used foundation for work - I think its probably all the water and no junk food!!
I think I'll stay on the extended induction to lose another 10 lbs, then I'm crossing over to the rungs!!
