    Hello all! Wow i havent been on in some days, but i've been so sick, and so tired! I thought the atkins diet had something to do with it but it didnt- i found out that im pregnant about 5 days ago! (im SO excited!) So i had to go off Atkins. But atleast i'll have you guys to help with the baby weight! Thanx for everything!!

                And as Sadie suggested there is no need to give up Atkins - just move to maintenance phase for the duration.
                Several of our members are in the same situation as you are and are eating their maintenance Atkins to keep their weight and health in check.
