    Activity
    Cardio: 45min-1hr. 6 days/week
    Weights: 4 days/week

    There's another thread about this same article. However on this particular site and the discussion thread that follows just makes me cringe.

    Someone says that people have been eating bread for THOUSANDS of years...OMG! What an ignorant statement.
