Made from a mixture of ground nuts, wheat bran, flax seed meal, and other wholesome ingredients, it is hard to believe that they are only 2 carbs per serving after subtracting fiber
When you get to the Ongoing Weight Loss Grains Rung you can have it. Definitely not for induction.

you can make your own flax meal cereal if you added flax for constipation per rule 12 of induction chapter 11 of DANDR. all you need to do is add hot water to 2 T of flax seed meal and then let it sit a minute don't stir it too much or it developes the eggwhite charactoristics and gets real snooty. you can add cinnamon or vanilla extract if you got sugar free. If you have pure protein powder you can add a bit of that to the stuff but it has to be protein isolate to be legal.
when you get to OWl you can add ground nuts to it.
I bought some of that but the strawberry one and when I got it and read the ingredients top of the list is Wheat Bran the Flax Seed Meal Soy Protein isolate, dried strawberies, flavorings, salt and sucralose. Didn't like that they called it Flax when the main ingredient is Wheat so I don't eat it.
