Well this week has been really good, I've lost 3 lbs!! Normally I just plod along at one pound or even half a pound a week, which I am fine about, but this week I seemed to have had a big jump to 3 pounds!! I'm soo happy!
I can honestly say that since re-starting back in August I have been say 95% good! The 5% would have to be the odd coffee!!!
I also think doing the 6 week exercise challenge has helped too - I bought a pair of trousers just before I started the exercise challenge which fitted nicely, I'm now having to pull them up all the time, they've gone that big on me!!! So I think I'll stop buying clothes for a couple more weeks.
Can I please thank everybody on here - Its reading everyone elses hint, tips and success stories that keeps me so positive.
