Hi all. I have finished my fourteen day induction but have decided to remain for a while longer. I am so pleased with the weight that has dropped. I had a huge whooshie today for whatever reason and lost four pounds. I think it is because I really upped my water intake. Anyway, wanted to say hi to all you extended inductioners out there.

Re: Staying on Induction
congrats on the great job you did working your Atkins 200 pounds ofr induction is great.
Please use your tape measure if you haven't already so you can watch the inches of fat mleting off as you continue to morph your body as right after induction 14 days many folk wxperience a hesitation in scale weight loss for some very complicated bio chem reasons. It is only a hesitation in sclae loss but many folk panic and think their weight loss plan has stopped working as this phenome happens on all weight loss plans.
remember to keep reading chapter 13 of your DANDR and answering the questions so you will know when it is time for you to move to OWL.
