    I'm so aggrevated about this. Since yest. I'd only lost 6.6 lbs in almost 14 days. Of course I was almost a lb. less today but I don't feel like I've lost like I did last week. Not to be gross but I haven't been regular like I use to be b4 starting Atkins. I mean, I'll go but it's just a tiny bit. SORRY!!! I went to Target and bought a bag of Flax Seeds and had a TBSP in my tuna today. I wonder if that really helps.

    I have also been drinking my daily requirements on water too and more. I try to eat a salad per day which has bell peppers of all colors and purple onions and mayo in it.

    Could not being regular cause the scale not to move???

    Oh yeah, it looks like I'll be on the extended induction for a good while too. Uggg!!!

        In answer to your question, yes not having a BM will cause your weight to stay up until you go.

        Whole flax seeds won't do you any good....you need ground flax seeds or ground flax seed meal. I personally use the sugar free metamucil once a week.

          I do have ground flax, not whole. I may use the sf metamucil though if this doesn't work.

            The excercise I do get is just around the house, cleaning and stuff like that. I hate excercising but may have to break down and do it. Uggg!!!

              Yep... do 'break down'... 'cos the exercise really helps. I wasn't a believer until I got stuck in and saw how the weight loss picked up, let alone the bms. Choosing high fibre veggies is good too, for those. Spinach does the trick for me, every time.
