Today is day 14 and I lost a total of 6.6 BUT, I really wasn't eating a lot of fat. 3 wks. ago I quit weight watchers core plan and flex b/c it was too hard for me to stick with. I always wanted to cheat and then start the next day doing better. I don't have that w/Atkins. Well, actually yest. was hard b/c I wanted to eat the candy I'd bought from the store. I didn't though b/c, I don't want to start back from the beginning. I want to finally succeed at this. I've been on weight loss programs for the past 4 yrs. and am still not at goal. Uggg!!! I'm just needing to talk. I never really had the "induction flu". Well, the past 3 days I've really been adding fat to my diet and that does include bacon. (I quit eating bacon b/c they are all cured w/sugar) But, it has actually helped me. I am feeling dizzy and kind of queezy but not too bad. I feel very weird physically and I think that is the ind. flu. Anyway, hopefully next weeks weigh in will be much better now that I have a hold on things. I think I was putting too much thought into it but now I'm eating what is on the list and not leaving anything out like b4 and it's starting to work again.
