I think I'm going to go off Atkins but was wondering if there's a proper or easy way to ease off it. I don't want to shock my body out of ketosis.

Re: Easing Off
I posted this in your other post...but thougth I'd post it here too..
Keep on thing in mind...Atkins is a way of eating for life, not a diet that you can jump on and off to expect miracles to occur with fat just flowing out of your body like the river Jordan.
That being said....
Work the OWL rungs...you may be surprised

Re: Easing Off
If you are indeed going off Induction, your body will leave ketosis naturally as you raise your Carbohydrate level. I would remember all the things you learned while in Induction, and still be moderate with eating the quickly digested whites. Certainly, jumping quickly to white bread (refined flours) or even worse candy bars are no better for you off Atkins than when you are on Atkins. Take the positive things about how you ate, and continue with what you can. Certainly you proved that you can control your eating and what you were eating in the past 14+ days.Originally posted by I Am So FlyI think I'm going to go off Atkins but was wondering if there's a proper or easy way to ease off it.
