ive been stalled for about 5 months now....
cant seem to loose those last 10-15 lbs....
    (ive already lost 95).....

only think i can think of is i added cream cheese into my diet about 5 months ago and ive been eating about 4 ounces of it a day. everyday for the past 5 months. and thats when my weight loss stopped.

after i eat the cheese, i usually have diahrea..

could this 1 tiny thing be stalling me?

    Re: Cream Cheese/Cheese

Maybe that is causing you problems but the only way to know for sure would be to stop eating it for a week or so and see what happens!

BUT - with only 10-15 pounds to lose of your original 100 plus you really need to start the great OWL experiment and move on up the rungs!

Many people on extended induction find they seemed to 'stall' but once they started adding first more veggies then dairy, nuts, fruit as they move on into OWL their losses started up again.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
