I've measured myself

I'm so pleased!! I measured myself last night after doing the 6 week exercise challenge and I've lost inches all over!!

Some places upto 2 inches lost and others like arms 1 inch!

I knew I'd lost, since all my clothes are fitting alot better, and I'm getting into clothes I've not had on my back for over 2 years - so I'm ecstatic!! I laughed last night as my mother-in-law said my feet look thinner!! She said you can see the bones in them! lol!!

I've signed up to the next 6 week challenge which starts this weekend, so hopefully I may have a few more inches off by christmas!!!

I'm still on extended induction, as I'm really enjoying it, but I may move onto the next rung just before Christmas so I can have a few more vegetables over the festive season!!

Congratulations Jane... that's awesome. You must be so proud! You're pics are great; you can really see the difference!

Keep up the exercising and you'll shed those extra inches you want to lose, by Christmas for sure!
